My own experiences with family challenges led me to seek internal healing, and I was fortunate to encounter supportive role models who guided me toward self-empowerment. That journey fueled my desire to understand the roots of internal pain and led me to a path in counseling, psychology, and social work. I’m not just a therapist by choice; it’s an integral part of who I am—a natural extension of my belief that we’re all meant to guide and support each other.

In between sessions, you’ll find me diving headfirst into self-care practices that light up my soul. From soothing meditation sessions to getting lost in a good book, dancing to my favorite tunes, hitting the gym for a burst of energy, embracing the zen of hot yoga, and finding solace in Reiki. Nature trails are my happy place, where I recharge and connect.
