Change is a natural part of life, but that doesn’t mean it always feels easy. Even the changes we hope for can bring uncertainty, grief, or self-doubt. Sometimes we find ourselves moving through the days on autopilot, doing what needs to be done while quietly wondering when we’ll start to feel like ourselves again.
I work with people who are navigating these kinds of transitions—when life feels different than it used to, and you’re not sure what to do with the mix of emotions that come with it. That might include grief after a loss, the adjustment of becoming a parent, or the quiet overwhelm that builds when you’ve been carrying too much for too long.
From an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, these moments often reflect different parts of us trying to cope in the best ways they know how—some pushing us to keep going, others holding sadness, fear, or self-doubt. When we begin to understand these parts with curiosity instead of judgment, things start to make more sense.
In therapy, we’ll slow things down and make space to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that helped you cope in the past and gently get to know the parts of you behind those patterns. From there, we can begin to create new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are now. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from compassionate mindfulness-based tools to support you in feeling more grounded and capable in your day-to-day life.
I’ve spent the past ten years supporting people through big life changes, both locally and abroad, and I’ve seen how healing becomes possible when we have the right support. I bring a steady presence, deep curiosity, and a commitment to helping you feel seen and understood in your experience.
My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and more confident in your ability to face what comes next.
If you’re ready to take that next step, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. It’s a chance to meet, ask questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
