With a background in both art and therapy, I place a strong emphasis on cultivating your self-expression and empowering you to design your future. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I embrace an eclectic methodology that adapts to your unique needs. I see therapy as the “school of life,” where real learning happens through genuine connections and shared experiences, rather than formal education.

In our sessions, you’ll encounter a client-centered approach marked by humility and a rejection of the expert role. I view myself as a supportive guide, not a definitive authority, acknowledging you as the expert of your own journey. My philosophy on the creation of reality underscores the power of thoughts in shaping our world, encouraging you to choose beliefs consciously and integrate them at a somatic level.

At the core of my practice is a somatic focus, particularly utilizing the Hakomi method—a holistic approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, facilitating healing and growth through this profound connection.

I value humility, trust in the therapeutic process, and surrendering to the magic that unfolds during our sessions. This surrender is not just a willingness to embrace the unexpected, but an acknowledgment that even challenging moments contribute to your healing journey. Working with me, you’ll embark on a profound journey of self-discovery, enhanced self-expression, and a deeper understanding of your unique path towards healing. Welcome to a therapeutic space where collaboration, creativity, and surrender converge to craft a transformative experience tailored just for you.

Stacey Outside of Session

Outside of therapy sessions, I find myself re-imagining the world through the eyes of my young children. In this journey of motherhood, I’ve been given the opportunity to re-assess my assumptions about the world around me, explore with a newfound sense of adventure, and to practice the art of patience. Though hearing my thoughts above all the noise and getting out the door on time have become new life goals, I am learning to anchor into love in deeper ways than ever before.
